I assist clients with uncontested legal matters where the parties are able to communicate, reach agreements, and work toward a practical resolution. My approach is to help clients understand their legal options, prepare the necessary documents, and move the matter forward as efficiently and smoothly as possible.

I also provide mediation services for parties who want to resolve their differences without the time, expense, and uncertainty of litigation. As a former Municipal Judge with more than two decades of experience on the bench, I understand the importance of listening to both sides, identifying the issues that are preventing an agreement, and helping parties find common ground. My goal in mediation is not to decide who is right or wrong, but to help the parties reach a fair, informed, and mutually acceptable resolution.
